Ground Hounds: "Personhood" in Colorado

I find it kind of funny that Kristi Burton tries to downplay the importance of this, I mean it's kind of obvious that if this passes it would present an attack on abortion and birth control. Yes the passing of it wouldn't create an immediate change but it would open that door and stepping through it would be simple and necessary.

A zygote does not possess a conscious brain of any kind. Terry Shiavo had more brain activity than any zygote ever would. It has a lot of potential; but just as a seed is not an Oak tree; its just a mass of cellular instructions. If you right wingers are really worried about people; there are a whole lot of grown up people who need your attention so they can get adequate health care in the United States. Why not concentrate on them? Do something real if you want to feel good about yourself.
