Imagine how proud the Latino community must be that the first Latino Attorney General of the United States is a lying, scumbag and cheat! I'm a Latino and this embarrasses me to no end. He's pathetic and does not represent me... that's for sure! I wonder how he got through law school?

A great clip for those that want just the highlights of the Senate Investigation into Gonzo Gate. The committee met for almost 4 hours. In 7 minutes this clip skims it down to the good, bad, and UGLY!

As I understand it, the Committee isn't so much interested in forcing Gonzales out of office. Rather, they're nailing down irrefutable proof that crimes were committed at the DOJ under Gonzo. And they're doing so in order to bolster future legal arguments in an anticipated Supreme Court showdown over the extent of executive priveledge.

There apparently is legal precedent stating that the Senate's right to demand information from the Executive Branch trumps claims of executive priveledge if a crime is being investigated.

In other words, the target aimed at here is not a stammering buffoon like Alberto Gonzales, (who can't even keep his own transparent lies straight), but those who pull his strings.

Are you sh**ing me?! If I responded like that to my boss or to a court of any kind, I'd be doing the perp walk... and I'm just a web publisher. How does the Attorney General of the United States get away with that? The man is a lying liar (Thanks Al Franken) and deserves to be put in jail for lying to Congress. Period.
