This is why I decided to vote for Obama a while back- the desperate clutching at straws that gets Lanny Davis to say Fox is less biased- then MacAuliffe kissing Rove's butt- This dovetails nicely with the Clinton statement in a recent debate that she had learned something about campaigning from the repubs- that "They knew how to win elections." This crap is closer to appeasement than anything Obama ever said. They are giving away the pride and independence of their party, trying to help McCain's machine defeat Obama. It is sickening. And while FOX dances in the streets laughing about their fair and balanced approach, if you watch the little news ticker at the bottom they refer to Onama several times as "BHO" which makes him sound Cambodian, and I had to think for a sec- who is BHO? Then I realized- by using his initials they make everyone say "Hussein" in their minds- his middle name is Hussein" thats solid- better than that his last rhymes with Osama. Just spoke with a bright young neighbor who composes Baroque Oratorios, works as an investment counselor, drives a Mercedes... at 23 a pretty smart young guy-and like so many upwardly mobile Americans, poorly versed in the details of the candidate's lives and positions. he said he thought it was great if Obama would be elected, because people would lose their irrational fear of Muslims. Yes, I told him Obama is a Christian. Then I had him over and showed him democracynow, org and veracifier. There;s some grass roots information resource improvement right there.
I have a feeling that a TV diet of news shows has lost the ability to educate us at all- because conservative wish-tanks like Fox "News" are better at lying than the candidates are at spreading their view of the truth. The deeper research available online so often refutes all the network's condensations and interpretations of the news, that continued Net Neutrality would pose the biggest threat to the Lying Liars. They'd like to buy up the bandwidth and destroy all other messages. We gotta help each other educate ourselves outside the Big Propaganda of television. BHO in 08!

Let me just say I've always found Lanny detestable. The man is a pustule that oozes lies all the while thinking it's much slicker than he really is. What can you say about MacAuliffe? He's just a glorified used car salesman isn't he?
Would it be too much to ask that when the Clinton campaign finally lowers the curtain on this farce of a campaign she packs these morons up with her and they all sail into the sunset never to be heard from again....I can dream can't I?

What the hell, I'll be donating $ to her primary opponent when she runs for reelection, if she isn't struck by lightning in the interim, that is.

My dad is 86, 50yr local democratic politician. He told me 8 yrs ago that Hillary was dangerous, that compare to Bill, she was the more vicious of the two. He said he would vote republican rather then vote for her (before Barrick was on the scene and it looked like she would be the nominee). I said "Dad, how can you say that" He said "the same way I judged Bush and everyone else, look at the people she surrounds herself with". I now understand. Do anything, say anything, associate with anyone, just get power. And if anyone disagrees with you, libel them, smear them and destroy them. He fits in real well with Fox, as does his candidate.

you people talk all the time about EXPERIENCE but not enough about CHARACTER, which I feel is more important. the Clinton campaign have to character whatsoever. they getting in bed with FOX News and praising Carl Rove. How sick is that

First Hillary was whining about how they would have won by now if only the Dems used the same system as the Republicans; Now they're sucking up to Fox. Maybe Hillary's in the wrong party.

Obama, Clinton, McCain, it makes NO difference, they are all funded by the exact same conglomerates (CFR, Trilateral Commission, the UN...etc.). They will push through the same exact agenda once in Office. Politics is nothing more than Hollywood for ugly people and a parlor trick for the sheep.

And now the March Offensive, or "Nuclear Option," and all these pundits sayin probly not..- this could be a real struggle. She's tough. If she winds up the candidate as a result of this, perhaps as well as Superdelegate maneuvers it'll seem stolen., doncha think?

How can this be happening? Oh, dear, that's the same question I've been asking for 7.5 years.

I think there will be a "new" Democratic Party by the end of the year. The likes of Lanny, Terry MacAuliffe, and even the Clintons will be marginalized and the next generation will take it's place.
But it's important for us to get involved in the Party on county and state levels. My wife was part of a caucus delegation that went for Obama. The delegate seat later got hijacked for Clinton largely because the Party machinery was ran by Clintonistas. Not that that matters now, right?
