Screw that, man! Don't listen to this guy Josh, I love your image as the scruff, telling it like it is, getting the real scoop journalist! Content is all that matters, keep up the good work!
It's refreshing to have succinct commentary that isn't driven by sensationalism. I've abandoned CNN and pay virtually no attention to the three traditional networks. I set aside time every day for C-Span and MSNBC and read a number of blogs that are without exception well left of center. I live in Minneapolis and we have seen our two big daily papers - the State Tribune and the Pioneer Press - lose their significance. They simply don't have the resources or the corporate intent to be able to compete with TPM and the Huffington Post. My regret is that their suburban market strategies play into the feel-good consumerist lifestyle that has been electing Republicans and my hope is that your efforts will be a serious remedy to this shallow approach to civic responsibility.

Just as JFK liberated men from wearing hats, so Obama will liberate us from the necktie. Josh is wisely accepts the new style.
