Ramsey on Iraqi Police

Committee member Charles Ramsey to the Senate Armed Services Committee: The Iraqi National Police Force should be disbanded because they (a) lack the trust to (b) perform their jobs.  Um, does this apply to 1600 Pennsylvania?
