YouTube vs. Myanmar

You Tube have done a great job of supporting citizen journalism by highlighting footage of the protests in Myanmar that has been posted on the site. User "Juvenile Birds" listed as 17 year old Myanmar citizen has been doing a particularly good job, and has a good collection of his/her work- the clips are fuzzy but at a time when information is limited Steve Grove and the folks at YouTube deserve a lot of credit for drawing attention to the work of people getting infomation out, and underlining the value of now living in a world where despite the ruling military junta's efforts to close down all infomation, ordinary citizens can reach out to the rest of the world.you tube, protests, citizen journalists, myanmar
