Hillary Steps Up Obama Attacks on the Web
Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.
It came out yesterday that the Clinton campaign has purchased two anti-Obama websites, signaling another escalation in her self-described attempt to “draw distinctions” between herself and her opponent before the big day in Iowa.
Obama has certainly had some punches thrown his way this month, even if Hillary has not been the one actually throwing the really nasty ones. At least not directly. Well, O.K., it’s her people, not her.
Consider the December pattern. A Clinton campaign volunteer floats an e-mail saying that Obama is actually a Muslim. The visual: An American president swearing the Oath of Office on a Koran. Said volunteer resigned in shame and Hillary apologizes.
Clinton campagin advisor Bill Shaheen brings up Obama’s past drug use in an interview published on washingtonpost.com. The visual: A black man with a sweet tooth for nose candy. Hillary plays the stand up gal and actually scores a point off Bush by firing a trusted advisor for screwing up.
And this week, Bob Kerrey delivered a bizarre soliloquy on Obama’s Muslim roots while endorsing Hillary followed by a letter of apology which reads like an endorsement of. . .Obama
So far, the fight’s too close to say who all the stick-n-move is helping and hurting, but it’s left me wondering: Is this what Hillary meant by the ‘fun part.”

Yea, either you buy that this is a disciplined campaign which means she is behind all this or it's the discipline thing is just so much political fiction.
Nothing's pure, so get used to it.
