Here's short video from comics network Pulp Secret about A.D.: New Orleans After the Deluge, a new webcomic from Smith Magazine dealing with Katrina's survivors and aftermath. 

Smith's last webcomic, the Eisner-nominated Shooting War, was a bit of a phenomenon, an online graphic novel dealing with war, videoblogs, and the role of embedded media, and very worth a read if you haven't seen it before.
