Explaining the Clinton Trainwreck
Political consultant Bob Shrum had a few choice words on Morning Joe to explain the trainwreck of the Clinton campaign that has occurred since super Tuesday. Shrum seems to sum up the popular consensus that the blame lies with Clinton uber-consultant Mark Penn.
Mr. Shrum ought to know about campaign trainwrecks, having had a hand in the defeats of Dick Gephardt, Michael Dukakis, Bob Kerrey, Al Gore and John Kerry. Hasn't gotten on base in eight at-bats.
