Spitzer to Resign at 11:30
Spitzer is expected to announce his resignation at 11:30 this morning. Assuming his role will be David Paterson, New York's first black governor and the first blind governor in American history. But don't think this means Albany will suddenly be filled with brail - Paterson has not learned it, and relies very heavily on his aides to read out loud.
One burning question remains in this whole Client 9 saga... who are Clients 1-8?
