    The Politico's got the early buzz... Karl Rove and White House chief of staff Josh Bolton are *almost* in contempt of Congress. The vote was approved earlier today by the House and was then met its necessary approval in the Senate Judiciary Committee. By a 12:7 vote, the resolution will now go to the full Senate floor.
