It's that time of year again, but this time for the first time it's called the Netroots Nation Convention and it's in Austin, Texas. You may have forgotten it over the past few months, but Mike Gravel is still campaigning for the Democratic Presidential nomination. Well, he was until today when he announced he was leaving the party to join the Libertarian party. It is impressive that Gravel is still going, and also interesting that someone with such staunch left wing credentials should announce himself as a libertarian, as opposed to the usual fiscal conservative Republicans who often seemed tempted by the third party option...
