Clinton tackles crime
When Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter was running for office, he pledged to reduce crime significantly. This was, of course, welcomed in Philly, a city that recorded 392 homicides last year alone. Today, according to the L.A. Times, Hillary Clinton is backing Nutter's pledge by proposing 100,000 new police officers on the streets of Philly. This is part of a $4 billion/year anti-crime package.
