Elizabeth Edwards may show up at one of Hillary Clinton's events in North Carolina, according to Newsweek's Howard Fineman. Fineman said he didn't think John Edwards would endorse either candidate, however.

This news comes after a stunning 10 percentage point victory in Pennsylvania for Clinton over Obama, despite Clinton being outspent in Pennsylvania 3-1. Since the Pa. win was declared, MSNBC reports that the Clinton campaign has raised $2.5 million in just a few hours.

According to the Drudge Report, Clinton's internal polling shows an 11-point lead over Obama in tomorrow's Pennsylvania primary. If these numbers are mirrored in Tuesday's voting results, then Clinton will definitely have some clout behind the talking points she will use to lead her to the nomination.

Chelsea Clinton and Pa. Gov. Ed Rendell went gay bar hopping in Philly in order to drum up support for Hillary. Literally stopping traffic, Chelsea was surrounded by fans and even groped by a young woman. From MSNBC's First Read:

Led around the neighborhood by Gov. Ed Rendell, Chelsea was mobbed by local gays and lesbians, as she walked from one club to the next. They ran up to hug her, posed for pictures and certainly invaded her personal space.

“I grabbed her ass,” one young woman exclaimed to...

Tonight's big Philly showdown is sure to be interesting. Clinton, on the other hand, has focused less on the idea that small towners may be bitter, but looked more at the construction of the comments, pointing to the idea...

POSTED BY ALEXANDRA STEIGRAD, APRIL 11 2008 03:08 PM | PERMALINK

When Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter was running for office, he pledged to reduce crime significantly. This was, of course, welcomed in Philly, a city that recorded 392 homicides last year alone. Today, according to the L.A. Times, Hillary Clinton is backing Nutter's pledge by proposing 100,000 new police officers on the streets of Philly. This is part of a $4 billion/year anti-crime package. While Hillary is in Pa., Obama is in Indiana speaking out against big corporate salaries. Read more here. Why...

The polls are all over the place as we get closer to the Pennsylvania primary. The latest one from Quinnipiac shows Clinton up 9 percentage points over Obama, which indicates that the race is tightening. The same poll had Clinton up 12 percentage points in mid-March, according to the AP.
