Paul rising, Rudy tanking
2.20pm: With just about everyone saying Romney has won Nevada, and with 1% of precincts reporting, could we be looking at a Ron Paul second finish, and Guiliani last? There is quite a fight for second place lining up:
McCain is polling 16% of the vote, Ron Paul 15%, Thompson 11%, Huckabee 9% and Giuliani a paultry 3%.
