POSTED BY ALEXANDRA STEIGRAD, MAY 14 2008 06:22 PM | PERMALINK

This is the second time Obama has called a woman "sweetie" on the trail. The first time, it was a factory worker in Pa. This time, it was a reporter in West Virginia. Out of the 69,388 people who clicked and answered by midday, 21 percent said, “No, a woman cannot be as effective as a man.”

    Don’t tell MoDo.

Besides stating the obvious – that these kids have been Facebooking during history class and missed that lesson on Margaret Thatcher – this...
