The occupiers of the mosque were bribed by the government - their families have wealth now. The Paki government orders their trained soldiers to kill other people, then pronounce the soldiers terrorists and kill them by other soldiers. The truth is somewhere else.....

Very interesting interview! However, can we be open minded enough to imagine that politics and foreign policy really matters, in that this administration is thinking clearly enough to avert blunders in policy as Dr. Rubin refers to! Is it not best to purposefully allow for chaos where ruthless and brutal regimes thrive. Is it possible that Al Qaed really exists as we have come to know it through our corporate media, or is this terrorism fear we have been ingrained with really not beneficial for those in power who trully want to iliminate all vestiges of people power in democratic countries such as ours?

I grew up in Northern Ireland in the 702 and 80s, where human rights were thrown out by the UK government in favour of internment without trial, jury trials were abolished and identity cards produced. It was effectively a police state. I see them same thing happening now in the rest of the UK and horrors the USA. I'm glad there's some people fighting to provide real information in todays entertainment news society
